Ok, I just saw Episode 1 of Season 6.

At one point, a woman who calls Tony "Big Brother", says she can't watch
Uncle Junior tonight.

Who is this woman---I mean, she's Tony's sister, I get that---but she's not
Janice. Have we seen her before?

How many sisters does Tony have? I've seen all the previous episodes, but
apparently don't have them committed to memory.

actually he has 3 sisters... 1 Janice and 2 Barbaras.
