Well, as long as we're analyzing everything...

Did I imagine Paulie's ringtone was the Paul Simon song, Cecilia?

I believe you are correct.

But Tony's is way out of hand.

No, that was it, but it was the 'throwaway' cell phone that T called him
back on. They probably just leave those on whatever default ringtone
that's set when they get them. If you're not going to use it for too
long why bother changing it? All speculation of course.

Actually, I thought it was supposed to be funny, to show another quirk of
Paulie's, i.e. that he would actually select that ring tone.

Nah, when Paulie's phone rang during the "Cleaver" screening it was
the same "Cecilia" ring.

It did? Well, there ya go. I'm not familiar with how the bad guys use
"throwaway" cell phones or for how long. I think someplace wanted to
pass a law that places like convenience stores had to get ID from anyone
buying in bulk. Drug dealers I guess.

Maybe they all come pre-set with Cecilia ringtones? Can you even change
the ringtone on el cheapo pre-paid disposable cell phones?

But maybe Paulie did choose it. Seems a little out of character.

Tony was the one using the throwaway - not Paulie.

I remember hearing the bulk cell phone tracking crap also. It got
shot down quickly, as I recall.

From what I remember, Tony's always had 1 permanent number, on which
his conversations are all somewhat cryptic. I think he uses the
throwaway phones for outgoing calls only, like when he called Paulie
back in the Bing.

OK, I'll buy that. Now I have to watch it again. I already watched it
3 times. I don't know how many more I can take.

I guess "Nancy with the Laughing Face" wasn't available.

I'd have picked "Mother and Child Reunion" if forced to pick a Simon
song for Peter Paul Gaultieri.
