Allegra: Is actress Van Zants' daughter?

In the credits, her last name was Van Zant. Just wondering if she's
their daughter.

Yeah, but is she his daughter? I've just started looking around and so
far I can't find any info about any children of Steve & Maureen.

I put about 10 min. into a net search in the most likely places I thought I
might find something, but turned up nothing. My geuss is, she's almost
certainly in Steve's family, given her last name, but I don't think she's
his daughter. I can't find anything listing any children for Steve and
Maureen, and I think there would be something if they had any kids. Steve
does have a brother Billy, however, who's in the entertainment industry
also. He doesn't have any daughters, but he has twin sons who are now well
into adulthood. So possibly they are married and it could be there's a wife
of one of them, using the name Van Zandt, trying to break into acting.
That's my best guess.

I'm thinking she must not be their daughter. She has an entry in IMDB
showing other TV appearances, as well as The Sopranos, but no Biography
data is given. It just seems like if she were the daughter of Steve &
Maureen Van Zandt it would be mentioned.
